In weeks 26-28 (June 28th - July 13th), mainly second doses of vaccines are administered. Summer holidays start after that (updated July 8th).
Week 26
- Monday June 28th, 10:00-12:30- Moderna
- Tuesday June 29th, 9:00-15:00 - Pfizer
- Wednesday June 30th, 9.00-16:00- AstraZeneca
- Thursday July 1st, 9.00-16.00 - AstraZeneca
Week 27
- Tuesday July 6th, 10:00-14:00 - Pfizer
- Wednesday July 7th, 10:00-13:00 - Janssen - Open house and everybody is welcome. Those who have registered at their health clinics and through the live chat on Heilsuvera will be invited.
Week 28
- Tuesday July 13th, 10:00 - 14.00 - Pfizer- Second doses as well as open house.
Everybody welcome who chose the Pfizer vaccine and no need to make an appointment beforehand. Those who get a first dose on this day will get their second dose after circa 5 weeks, around August 17th.
Children aged 12-15 years old will not be invited on this day. If the Chief Epidemiologist decides that
this age group will be invited to be vaccinated for COVID-19, it will be scheduled to be performed
by school nurses at the end of August.
However, if parents request vaccinations for their children before that time, e.g. if families are
moving abroad, they can bring their children on this day, July 13th to get vaccinated.
- Wednesday July 14th - Moderna 9:30 - 10:30 and AstraZeneca 11:00 - 13:00.
Note that those who have been given a first dose of AstraZeneca can come and get a Pfizer vaccine for their second dose on July 6th or July 13th if they so choose.
Vaccinations will resume around the middle of August, in a different format.
The arrangements for those is not clear yet, but will be presented in due time.
Presently we do not have answers to questions regarding vaccinations that will take place after summer holidays.
