Cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) for depression and anxiety

The course

In cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) you learn methods to effectively cope with emotional distress. Research shows that CBT is one of the most effective treatments available today for conditions such as anxiety and depression.

The course utilizes reading materials, presentations, homework assignments, and group discussions.
